FAQ / Policies
Hi :) Thank you so much for your support! Please read everything below for all FAQ and important info reguarding my shop and your orders.

- Please be sure to read each item's description before ordering, as it provides all details relating to the item, as well as the turnaround time of when your item will be shipped out! (and also keep in mind that all items are hand made and made to order (which means that I produce your item after it has been ordered).
- If you order multiple items with different turnaround times, they may ship at seperate times depending on the item (for example I don't ship prints and a rug in the same box due to being different sizes and not wanting to roll up the prints) But if the items are similar in size, please refer to the item with the longest turnaroud time for the estimated shipping date.
All orders (other than stickers, and sometimes keychains) will receive a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once shipped!
Please make sure that all your contact information is correct at checkout, and if you notice there is an error, please email me immedietaly! (If you realize once your order has already shipped, I will not be responsible for replacing your item and will ask for you to reorder.)
- I try to reuse boxes/ mailers that I get my own packages in (to reduce waste) and STRONGLY encourage you to reuse whatever your package is sent in as well ♡
- If you are outside of the US, duties may be charged by the shipping provider, which you would be responsible for paying.
LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
- Since I have no control over what happens after your package leaves my hands, I am not liable over stolen or lost packages.
- If you are concerned about or have an issue with packages being stolen from your door, please reach out to me IMMEDIATELY, that way I can require a signature for delivery (extra fees may apply).
- If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to me within 5 days of purchase (or earlier) to make sure that I have not bought supplies for, or started making any product that you may have ordered.
- There is a $5 cancellation fee for every order, as Stripe charges me an application fee for every transaction that goes through.
- Since all items are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged and you provide proof of that damage.
